Hello everyone, this warning has already appeared to me in a couple of customers after I upgraded the Dell Equallogic firmware to version 8 or later. It occurs in cases in which you don't use the snapshots function and decide to not allocate usefull space for the snapshots. If you are in this case the equallogic by default every night at 00.00 has a scheduled job to create snapshots on volumes that have space reserved for snapshots but not have snapshots at that time.
If there is not enough space to create the snapshot it generates this warning, and it is normal that it generates it since It doesn't have allocated any space for snapshots…..

If you don't plan to use the snapshots, and you want to remove this annoying warning you can disable the job that runs at 00.00, you have to connect in ssh (or in console) and give this command:
grpparams default-snapshot-sched disable
